About Marks Custom Remodeling
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
Meet Brad
Anything worth doing is worth doing well. It’s a simple belief, but it’s the foundation of how I work — and if you’re here reading this, there’s a good chance it resonates with you too.
I’m Brad, owner of Marks Custom Remodeling. I’m a “frame‑to‑finish” carpenter who enjoys the work, takes pride in the details, and treats every home with the same care I’d want in my own. Craftsmanship matters to me, and I’ve spent years honing the skills that allow me to build spaces that feel solid, clean, and intentional.
I’ve been fortunate to learn from talented tradespeople and work with homeowners who value quality, honesty, and a thoughtful process. Those experiences shaped the way I run my business and the kind of work I enjoy most — projects where the details matter and the end result is something we’re both proud of.

My Approach
When you hire me, you’re not getting a rotating cast of strangers in and out of your home. I handle most of the work myself because this is my craft, and the difference shows in the final result. For the parts of a project that call for specialized expertise, I bring in trusted tradespeople I’ve built strong relationships with. Being a general contractor lets me stay hands‑on while assembling the right team when needed.
My approach is straightforward: be honest, be respectful, and do things the right way. I keep the process clear, the communication steady, and the work consistent from start to finish. Every project starts with a vision, and seeing that vision come to life — step by step, detail by detail — is the part of the job I enjoy most.
If you’re looking for craftsmanship you can feel and a remodeler who’s truly invested in the outcome, I’d be glad to help bring your project to life.
